On April 18, Fiero Automation joined 40 different companies and 200 students for Bridgerland Technical College’s (BTECH) annual Automation Day and Career Fair.
The annual event held at Bridgerland’s Logan, Utah campus, brings students and manufacturing technology together with activities related to trade and tech careers for students to try.
Keynote speaker Utah Lt. Gov. Deidre M. Henderson voiced her support for educating the future leaders in automation and the importance of expanding manufacturing technology in Utah.
Fiero Automation showcased ABB collaborative robots, MAC valve manifolds, B&R panel PCs, PHD grippers, and Yamaha actuators at the event.
“Attending the event is part of Fiero’s continued effort to show our support to both Bridgerland and the manufacturers in northern Utah,” said Fiero Branch Sales Manager Brad Smith. “We appreciate the opportunity to be part of Bridgerland’s ongoing effort to educate their students and help prepare them for future careers in the world of manufacturing and automation.”
